Hello, I’m Siobhán

a ceramic artist based along the Blackwater River, where West Waterford meets East Cork. After graduating from the Limerick School of Art & Design in 2008, I worked abroad as a designer before my growing passion for ceramics and visual arts led me back to Ireland. In my rural studio, I create both functional and sculptural work alongside various teaching roles.

I launched Cré in early 2024 with the intention of fostering a local ceramics community in the heart of West Waterford and East Cork. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching adults and families through my seasonal workshops, courses and nature excursions, sharing the skills and benefits of working with clay within my local community.

At Cré, I believe in the power of ceramics to ignite creativity and ground us in the present moment. My classes and workshops provide a welcoming space to relax, connect with others and explore your creativity, all while making handmade ceramics that can be used and enjoyed.
